I will never buy from coach again! Apparently, they do not warranty any of their boots or shoes. I absolutely loved all of these, but within 15 wears, each one of them was ruined. They cannot be fixed by a shoe repair shop, and one pair I have had fixed two times, and immediately after they break again .
