I will never buy anything from this company

I ordered a washing machine from sears outlet on Dec. 16 and still have not received the washer. I called their customer service and the agent told me that she would send a follow up email to the processing center and someone would send me an email within the next 24 to 48 hours. However I have not received any email. I called them back again after 4 days and got the same response i.e. someone will send me an email. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, I got to talk to a supervisor and he told me, he would personally make sure that someone will reach out to me as usual within the next 24-48 hours. It has been 3 days and no one has contacted me. I called back again few hours ago and the supervisor is now telling me to wait for another 48 hours before escalating the issue. This is unbelievable!!!
