They handle many more magazines subscriptions as well. They are horrible. They constantly send me things, books, that I do not ask for. I have asked them several times to be taken off their mailing list altogether. They cannot comprehend this whatsoever. It is a good magazine. But this service in Harlan, Iowa, is what is giving these magazines a bad name. They are the least bit professional, being very rude at times. Does anyone have the actual phone number to this magazine directly? Like the editor in chief's phone number? I will be reporting this service to the BBB, but I will not stop there.
