I went to school for 4 weeks there and never felt comfortable with the tear of the trailer and tried to voice my opinion.

I never successfully did the alley dock or the offset back up but they went ahead and approved me for the test. I voiced my opinion to management and they didn't really care, they wanted me to test anyway. Good for them, if i fail I'll have to pay another $75 to try again. I called in sick and they basically told me not to come back therefore i was never able to take the test. Don't go to them. You'll just be throwing money away. I'm trying to contact a lawyer and sue them. Any suggestions?
