On 7/14/2020,7/27/2020 I tried to make contact and wasn't able to talk to my party nor could they see nor hear me. I could hear them also see but no contact. I spoke to a Represenative and she was supposed to refund my account for the 14th and still no activty of reimbursement. Now again today I called the Dept of Corrections and they said I had to call you again. I know ya'll change from internet explorer but still can't connect. User's recommendation: On your website INFORM PEOPLE OF ANY CHANGES OF WEBSITE COMMUNICATIONS WITH ANOTHER PARTY SO THERE CAN BE CONTACT BETWEEN THE PEOPLE.
