Hi so what had happened was that I want to fantastic Sam’s to get my hair done and I had told the lady that I wanted highlights she had told me that she knew exactly what I wanted and that she had lots of experience about 20 years and so she didn’t need me to show her a picture or anything she just knew what I wanted so I told her I wanted blonde highlights anyway I explained to hers couple times what I wanted she was really really rude and I spent two hours there and when it was done it was awful it wasn’t even blonde the highlights didn’t even show and also she had given me a haircut it took her three times to cut my hair and I left with split ends so when she was done I was really upset because that is not how I asked her to do my hair I spent $150 plus $10 tip and I was so upset so I asked her to fix my hair and she would not fix my hair I asked her if she can give me a discount at least or a refund so I can go somewhere else she rudely told me no I was crying at hat point I was in so much shock how could anyone leave there customer crying and unhappy and treating me the way she did yelling At me refusing service to fix it atleast So I would like to report this this happened in Tustin at the fantastic Sams her name is Sue it is an Asian lady and she had put her hands on me and I told her you do not put your hands on me I am a customer so she backed off me when she realized what she was doing she was trying to kick me out of her store because she didn’t want her customers to see how upset I was and how vile she was being to me and in fact two people that were there had saw what happened and left and that other person had told her off and saw the whole entire thing and they had agreed with me that it was very wrong and to call cooperate on her she should really be fired so if you guys could please call me my phone number is 7148651295 thank you so much I would like a refund or something I don’t want to get my hair done there by her or anyone that I am very upset this is beyond the most unprofessional and just horrible thing I have ever experienced getting my hair done it really wasn’t right it left me crying and I paid 150$ I got overcharged and my hair isn’t fixed I spend all my money on it and for this just isn’t right so if you guys can please do something refund me or something even fire her watch the cameras please thankyou again my number is 7148651295
