Update by user Mar 29, 2021 This was NOT RESOLVED Original review posted by user Mar 29, 2021 The first salesperson Michael Chilcote that we dealt with was awesome. Great attitude and all. It all went down hill when it was time to pay. The lady Denise was horrible. Horrible attitude. The store manager Greg was also horrible. Couldnt show me a policy on what he was explaining. Ill never left somewhere feeling as awful as I did today at value city!! User's recommendation: Avoid Mountain Rd. Go somewhere else.
