I was trying to charge an item on Etsy to my Amex account and site kept cycling back to a page that said whoops something went wrong.

After a few tries of the same thing a chat screen opened up and said "how can I help." I typed in the problem and then a person called me and did not help at all. He could not understand the problem and I was never able to place the order. A few minutes later I got a text asking how was the service. I replied with the lowest rating. What the heck is this scam anyway? Now I am being charged 14.98 for what? User's recommendation: Warning. When supposed help appears on a website do not respond!
