I was PISSED because it took a full month and may have taken longer if I hadn’t complained, to receive our Never Lost Masks.

The masks were shipped in reasnable time but then languikshed inthe shipping stage because of the cheap way you sent them. There they were ikn the system .going nowhere. why wasn't I offered fasater receipt at a reasonable extra cost? User's recommendation: Check shipping time.
