I was on the phone calling about the fact that you used to just like Airbnb ask to review a guest when they leave, and that no longer happens. Kelly Lane tried to give a review not through your email.
Now John my guest that left today, again no correspondence with you, its annoying. My phone call got me no where, she disconnected me after telling me to hold on, and never called me back. Not happy!!! Vickis
