I was logged into my account….was kicked out….then “rate limited” so that I cannot purchase the new 1oz gold eagle v75 privy. There is no way to call them or contact them.

When new products come to market, access and timing is critical due to the poor strategy the US government Mint uses to distribute its new products. I was logged into my account and waiting until noon for sale of the 1 oz gold eagle with v75 privy mark. I was kicked out due to all kinds of connection errors that all of a sudden occurred at noon. Now I get a message that I am rate blocked. Why cant the government use simply plain language to explain why they screwed up or what the problem is? Especially for a long time customer? I am pissed off and am thinking of ending all my enrollments and starting to collect a different more friendly country with just as beautiful products like Canada or Mexico. User's recommendation: Get ready to be frustrated when new products come to market since they won’t accept preorder.
