I slipped I the entry way of the first automatic for pad. Slammed my forearm into metal handle bars and tweeked my back all the way up to my back. I stayed muy course though and did not fall. The bagger I believe her name was Laurie was very helpful and concerned. whoever the manager was useless and irritated by the who issue. Her name is Peggy. Please retrain her in customer and less on shaving her eyebrows off and drawing them on dark, unnatural, and crooked. Sincerely Heather Janzen
