I was informed by customer service that I cannot use 2 vouchers at the same Time . So I selected the higher $10 vouchers however to my surprise I was only granted the lower of $5 voucher. Please advis

As above do not understand why the higher voucher amount was not granted. I had an option of $5 and $10
