I was ignored, and made to feel U don,t need customers

Just over 2 weeks ago I put in a phone complaint,an d for 2 other companies with me, about the poor service we received at your store at1220 sequin drive coquitlamB.C. no response yet. So I thought I,d sent a e-mail, so the other companies would know what kind of a company Staples is?? It took 5 clerks to find out what a Scotch tape refill was and where it was?? Myclerk "OMAR" had to get back to his cell phone, so he passed my problem around, to 4 people, and the last one was Stacy, who had 3 others on the go, as she was the only one on the floor, thank God. This was JUNE 19/2014,2:30 pm. If I get a reply, I ,ll be glad to show it to Rotary international, which I belong, and the other 2 companies.Thankyou Bill Shardlow President 3B N L Client services
