I was hoping for the better until I understood the worst

I don’t understand why most users are so fond of the service. I’ve been through several morally and emotionally painful months while using it, and at present, I’m sure the worst issue here is ignorant personnel. Of course, I still hope for a ridiculous coincidence, but the service I got was beyond worst. NO, I don’t want to say the application and the online payment operations are trouble, but I had to spend quite a lot of time specifying the information concerning the financial operations with my partners from Africa and the other developing countries. The information about the acceptable countries they work with is incorrect. Besides, the staff members are not sure whether they can help me or not, redirecting my inquiries from one online manager to another. All in all, the service is acceptable if you deal with the financial activity out of the borders of developing countries. The personal data seem to be protected, and all financial operations are thoroughly checked and approved. Yeah, one of the best things is the absence of irritating advertising. It merely looks like this exact service does not work in line with my specific needs and preferences.
