I was given someone else eye glasses.

My arm had broken on my eyeglasses. I was told it could be fixed. When I arrived to pick up my glasses I noticed both arms had been changed. She tried to explain the reason for the two different arms.I noticed that both lens had a few noticeable scratches on them that weren't their the day before. The price was $5 higher than what was quoted. When I put the glasses on I immediately noticed that the eyeglasses weren't mine. Looking from a distance everything looked blurred and that was one of the reason I needed eye glasses in the first place. The eyeglasses I gave her the day before showed no blurred lines. She didn't know the prescription, but I did because it was given to me to take to another eye shop. When the worker was approached about the mishap she simply dismissed it. No proactive approach or concern. Why are you in customer service if you aren't giving good customer service. " Shame on you " User's recommendation: Fort Worth location..... "Beware".
