I was driving to the hotel and I had a seizure and got into an accident. I spoke to somebody and they told me they would get back to me within 15 to 30 minutes. I just wasted a lot of money on a much-needed close vacation for one night and medical needs come before fees. I would like to get a response ASAP because I compromised with the agent that I would be able to come tomorrow after discharge from the hospital. User's recommendation: If you’re epileptic he will not get any help. They do not have any medical exemptions at all whatsoever it’s outrageous.
