I called for a repair to a commode. The tech showed up and told me I had more problems that what I had called in and then refused to do the job with the excuse that they didn't work on mobile homes. The set up/installation is no different that a standard home. I called another plumber and got prompt service to correct the problem that I had called about. There were no further problems. I'll not call again and if asked, there will be details on why I wouldn't. The firm that did the work did a fine job, kept me informed and treated me like I knew what I was talking about. The tech from Williams treated me like a dummy.
