I was declined a debit purchase at Amazon and therefore have no routing or bank acc number and can’t get them on the phone to resolve :(

This place is ridiculous! Shouldnt have ever been declined in the first place and cant get an actual person to resolve this matter! User's recommendation: Get a number with actual people working for customers and don’t blame Covid on why you’re customer service sucks!!!
