I was charged $481 for cancellation fee

I was charged $481 for canceling a room 34 days prior to reservation. When I booked the reservation on line it stated I would be charged a DEPOSIT of the entire stay. Here's the cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: A deposit for the entire stay is due at time of booking.Canceling your reservation or failing to arrive will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. Total price for 2 nights was $960.42 I've tried disputing this with management, corporate, and my credit card provider. I've sent fax's, emails, and has contacted everyone I knew to contact. AGAIN it states a deposit not half of the reservation. I wont everyone to be aware of this and its UNACCEPTABLE. Does anyone have any suggestions.
