The Statement of work stated they would only be able to reduce a 75% of debt to 0% and it did not guarantee the length of the term. Additionally, they wanted a non-refundable fee of $336 along with $1,300 fee which was added to the card. When I challenged them I was lied to about the fee and that they were accredited with the BBB and they are not. I tried calling the customer service number and nobody picks up the phone and when I tried to call back the number they called me from it is constantly busy. They seemed like they were trying to help but I don't know why the fee was so high so when I questioned the practice since most of this work I could essentially do myself they became very defensive
