I went to pick up a Shipt order. Employee named Sam at La Mesa, California asked me for ID, I said its in my car, Ill go and get it and I said they have never asked for my ID here (I'm 55) but ok, Sams reply was THATS A LIE!! So I told him ... You just called me a liar!!! I asked the manager if I could talk with him, this is after I had showed my ID and received the order... managers response was... Screaming saying NO... he doesn't have time. It's really a shame that these employees think they have the right to treat customers this way. I have been to many bevmos, but this location ALWAYS seems to have issues. Bevmo management, please take a closer look at this location. It's hurting your reputation.
