I was approved for secure cc. I paided my deposit and then it said i was declined. Like to know why

I was approved with your secured credit card with opensky. I gave a $500 deposit. After I gave the deposit I got an email saying that my application was denied. Don't understand why I was approved and then all the sudden I'm not. Please explain User's recommendation: Don't know yet.
