I want to understand the ingredients label on your packaging

Can you help me to understand the ingredient label on your packaging for Pedigree Junior dry dog food. As I understand it, the first mentioned ingredient is the biggest component in this case CEREALS. However there is no indication of the quantity. The second ingredient listed is meat and animal products 30% Next come oils and fat of which sunflower oil is 0.4%. The remainder are extracts therefore I assume less than 0.4%. The total listed ingredients add up to only 30.4. What is the missing 69%? It wouldn't by all cereal or glucides would it?
