I want to return a purchase & am having trouble getting permission from them telling me where & what to return to. I need a return address before the 15 day return policy expires. am not getting any

I have tried 4 times &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; am still not getting any response. I refuse to pay for the clothes unless I receive an answer giving me a return address where to send the clothes. I will no longer be a paying do customer.
