I want to return a Nordic track spin bike still in the box , delivered today

I tried calling customer service 3 different times waited over an twice and once for 45 min, no answer . I tried texting/ chatting, nothing I paid over $3,300 dollars my mistake thinking that that included setup. Wrong , I see it says threshold now. I will go with a different company that sets up the bike. Sorry I work as well, its a lot of money to me plus no one has responded to at least say we received your message , we are crazy busy but will get back with you. Please send me information to return unopened box on crate , I can get refunded after you see it shipped back Respectfully Brad
