I want to make sure I’m not being charged during lockdown
I want to make sure I'm not being billed while we are on a lockdown! I am a bartender and currently lost my job. I want to see if Im going to be charged this month for services I am not able/allowed to use. I have no idea if Im being charged during this quarantine period- xsport has not been communicative with their members. I didnt receive any emails about when they were temporarily closing or what was happening with my membership. I tried to call and email today during business hours and could not get through and there has been no information given to me from xsport. Ive been a member for four years now
