First he love to touch the customer in a very inappropriate ways as well as the way he talk to them and some of them he take to his private office with the door close for hours. he is very unprofessional and rude and have no customer services at all and last but not list I am very concern with all the members personal information, because once you scan your id, the face and all personal information can stay in the computer visible to others member and anyone who come in, for hours until some one else scan their id, that can be hours before it happen like it had happened to me. I let him know i do not like to see all my information in the screen of the computer for such a long time. I thought he needed to protect the client personal information. he became rude and very angry. I hope some one can do something about it. there are plenty other things going on at this place and it doesn't feel right.
