I want to cancel my NEXT order BUT there is NO mechanism to do this on your site?

I WANT TO CANCEL ANY FURTHER PURCHASES. SIMPLE?? NOT SO SIMPLE. JUST TRY AND CANCEL AN ORDER................!!!! I WILL CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY ASAP AND TELL THEM ABOUT THIS VERY BAD SERVICE. AS A CUSTOMER IT IS MY RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER......BUT THERE IS NO WAY...
