I want to cancel and get a refund

Update by user Sep 20, 2020 I called the company and they wanted me to request a refund by mail. I didn't see the reason to have to jump through hoops to get my $49 back. I told the guy that and " low and behold " he said he could have it back in my account in a couple of days. I am hoping so. Original review posted by user Sep 19, 2020 I never authorized these charges. Please cancel and refund my money. User's recommendation: Hidden charges from these people.
