I want refund

Order a memory necklace for my deceased wife in June. First you said list in mail. Second, your going to reprint, now it's can't find order. Order # O-RMTN7T. At this point just issue refund. If the quality us as bad as your service, it's probably not worth the $39.00 anyway.
