I WANT MY POINTS REPLACED ASAP

I ordered online using my points and never went to pick up the item (a Caramel McFrappe), because I had car trouble. I called the next day and the manager said my point would be added back to my account, As of right now they have not been refunded. The item was 4500 points, and I would like them back as soon as possible, thank you. User's recommendation: If you order it pick it up.
