I absolutely love the new Entenmanns large single wrap chocolate chip cookie. Only problem is I can't find them anywhere. So, when I do, I buy all of them. My neighborhood Entenmanns guy has a problem with me doing that. Says it makes his job harder because he now has to restock every week he comes in. So now the one store I can find them at no longer carries them. When I spoke to Entenmanns I asked if they could ship the cookies out to a local store of mine, so I can buy them directly. They said they can not do that but can take my area code and see if they can have more put in my area. That was about 2 weeks ago. I still have not seen any cookies in my area. I spend about $100 a week on those cookies. So it's not like I'm asking the company to go out of their way for about $5-$10 a week. I just think the delivery driver was lazy and rude and customer service didn't care enough. They made me feel rushed off the phone. I am a valued customer and I would like to see this company gear more towards the customer instead of just the companies they sell too. User's recommendation: My recommendation to future customers would be if you have a issue, contact the company and follow the chain of commandments until you are satisfied with the outcome or a mutual agreement comes about.
