I want a refund but no way to get one

How do I get a refund from this company? I ordered 2 dresses that look beautiful on the commercial. But when I recieved them, 1 looks like a mens shirt and the other one looks like a long collum with *** for the head and arms User's recommendation: Dont purchase anything.
