I´ve made order and never get goods, money or anwer from: support

I made my order in Corachic on 30 of November 2020 and paid. After 5 days Ive got Air Mail Shipping tracking number, which never existed, nor after my many complaining until today. The answer from support have been alway same: "Sorry for any inconvenience, We will check with Logistic Company for your parcel. Until 10th of February, when Corachic offered me: "re-ship a new parcel to you, it would be shipped out within 7 business days, sorry again for any inconvenience." From this date I didn't get any other email or answer from support, nor my order. Corachic company are thieves. User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER FROM CORACHIC.
