I’ve been buying Sonoma for several years and now I’m getting cartons that are defective and I’ve been throwing away several cigarettes do to defects and I shouldn’t have to.

There is a problem where the paper and filter go together. You need to correct this problem it’s costing me a lot more money throwing cigarettes away
