I got to resort in kissimmee go at 11pm advised I would be late went to welcome center I was promised 100 coupon for meals went to check in I had to pay an additional 89.00 for a hotel room when I was told it would be a 1 bedroom with a kitchen wash and dryer I even brought my laundry I was given a standard hotel room and no handicapped room for mother and me I had to contact the Florida better business bureau to refund the additional 89.00 back about 4 months latter
