I tried to sent some transaction and the system didn’t allowed me.

I tried to send some money and the system didn't allowed me, when I tried the system said that I'm already have one account. I created an account with all the information and when the system informed that you already create the account, and when I tried to open the account to send money the system said the password is invalid.
