I paid humana and cvscremark the annual amount! Each got a check for 12 months. while waiting for the checks to clear, I get a check reimbursement from A0N for the month of January. For Humana , cvs caremark and Cigna. Cigna has nothing to do with AON. That is above the $2,700.00 allowed from AT&T. All over the checks I had written so much x12 months = full annual payment. So after all that I now have to fill out forms for AONt o get the rest of my $2,700.00. How more clear does this have to be????
