This is the WORSE bank in the world. They are very rude and they take money out of your account unauthorized. They charge you for the rhings they mess up on and not to mention they say you have over draft protection and they are only supposed to charge you for each over draft but have charged me 3 times for the same over draft and refuse to fix the issue. I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND TOOK MY MONEY AND OPENED MY ACCOUNT AT TVA CREDIT UNION. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. User's recommendation: DON'T USE FSNB.
