My car has now been repoed three times. It took me days to try and get them out of the repo and the stuff that was left in the car was destroyed including my license plate. It cost me an extra $75 to get my belongings and the car was taken directly to the auction. After paying them over a grand to get my car back the calls still continued from 5 in the morning 2:10 or 11 at night about every hour. Not only were they calling me and harassing me but also my husband even after we made payment arrangements and gave them the last of what we had in our bank. Twice the car was repoed even after I paid what I agreed to pay with them. And after they took money out of our account without permission. I sprained and scraped my toe chasing after the tow truck man and had no way to get to the hospital to get checked out. The car broke down electrically at least 4 times a week and hqd to call roadside. I got a call saying that my warranty was due to expire and paid 300 to renew it later finding out the company was fraudulent after they reletively took a lot of money out of our account leaving us unable to make our car payment. My husband lost his job and when we offered to let the car go we were told would be responsible regaurdless. The payment is double of what the car is actually worth and we were told we could refinance after a year and when the year was up i was told they had mo refinancing company. They dooped us completely. We are paying 39000 dollars for a car that cost 14000 brand new.on top of it all they never told us the exact price of the car. We were made promises that were never kept. Or even existed to begin with.
