I wasted a lot of time trying to get my government phone set up by these people. After a long time I received a letter from the government asking me how to activate my account/phone. Problem is TagMobile never sent me a phone/phone number so there was no way to activate the phone. 2 weeks later I get a call from a TagMobile employee and he said he could help me set up an account without the phone number and asked for my social and a scan of my medical card, and me being the idiot that I am gave it to him. Over a month later I get a sim card in the mail with no phone!!! I contacted their customer service and asked where the phone was and was told that they were out of phone and I needed to go buy my own!!! SO I asked them to cancel my account and their employee kept giving me the run around. Finally he said he would contact the person who can cancel my account and close it. I have a feeling he is lying and they are just collecting money from the government for a non existant account and now I am worried what they will do with my social security and Medical card numbers!
