No one not even my lawyer can get ahold of them my mother had this insurance and even though she payed for it she was never covered. Now my boyfriend is being threatened with 2 years jail time because they refuse to pay up his lawyer is currently trying to call them and hasnt been getting an answer for days. They need to be shut down . The sad part is that if a lawyer cant contact them you still get the full blame. Shut them down
