I think the automated process is flawed im a very pissed customer

I am really upset about me being approved for $1450 and paying my items off in less than the 90 days. I purchase April 2 and what informed to pay off the balance before July 3rd, 2020. I paid $795 to pay off my balance on 6/30/2020. I was told that my credit amount would double. I have never been late and never had a NSF at my bank ever. I was denied. Like wth? why is it that i was on hold for an hour and a half trying to figure out what the problem was? Horrible customer service and absolutely no reason to deny????? There is no way to get in contact with anyone even CONNS appliance manager was extremely upset. User's recommendation: stay away.
