I found out they have been on my gas bill since 2009, overcharging me. I got a notice from the gas company with their price, which was about one third the price I have been paying for well over a year. The third party billing (for nothing!) just about triples my bill monthly. These people are scammers, taking advantage of the elderly and disabled. I asked to see a copy of any contract I signed, and they said they don't have one. User's recommendation: Stay away from this company!
