I Think, Finally The Ordeal With This Company Is Over

It took months to get this resolved. Every month they billed my credit card when I had cancelled the order. Each month, I contacted them and told them I had been been billed in error. I would always be told things had been corrected and I would receive no more billings. However, each month, they were proven to be liars as I would get another charge. It finally took Capital One to step in and we did a conference call. I'm sure Capital One was tired of my calls too. But that finally solved the problem because Neofect admitted that I owed them nothing and Capital One requested them to email me a letter stating nothing was owed. We all waited on the phone together until I received that email. There has been no further billings. I will never do business with Neofect, nor recommend them. All this hassle shows me they are incompetent. How good could their product be? Interesting. Someone has changed the product I have reviewed. I ordered their Raphael Glove, never got it, so my review is more about the company and their operations.
