I purchased 2 sweaters November 25th 2017 from Keen & Social order #62049 and I haven't received them nor have I heard from anyone if they've even been shipped. They suggest the clothing will arrive 2-4 weeks after purchase but it's been over 6 weeks. There is no customer service and no one gets back to me when I send messages. They also haven't updated their fb page since June so I'm worried this is a scam.
