I could not get anyone to come online. I am trying to see if I could get an email regarding an old account. I am having a company trying to say that I did not pay my account. Its one that has been closed for some time and was 0 balance. Please email me that this account has been closed and nothing is due in order to have so I can make sure this company does not put this on my credit report. I finally cleaned it up and am not allowing a scammer to kill my credit again. My email account is Califor***@yahoo.com. The account number is 84484*******. I spent three hours yesterday on hold. And looks like will be on hold for a while today. The chat disconnected me. User's recommendation: Don't take so long to answer calls or chats.
