I simply want to know the status of my passport renewal

Three months ago I paid this service to passport-b122713">rush my passport renewal. That payment and the official government payment were taking from my personal account at that time. I have repeatedly tried to contact this service by phone and using the online chat service. Neither has provided any responsive. These phone and chat sites are the worst I have ever seen. Ask any question you like and it will return the identical worthless response.
