I used the amazon online credit but my account has not been credited back for the refund of the FoMaKo controller. Your website shows you received it on 7/22/2021. I have not received any email saying my refund is being processed. I was told this product was refundable. So now Im wondering what is the holdup. Can you look into this? Thank you!
